Starting with your life today

When rePTSD opens, you will start with what you want to change in your life today. Your therapist will explain what treatment involves, and you will agree each step before it happens.

Meeting a therapist online

You will see the therapist’s name, profession and a short introduction before you book, and you will choose the time. Appointments will be by video, from a place you choose, on a laptop, tablet or phone.

If you live with a phobia

Rephobia, run by the same company, is preparing online phobia treatment with a therapist by video. It is not open to the public yet. You can read about Rephobia.
